1 loaf rustic crusty bread or baguette
Tomatoes on the vine
2 cloves garlic
Fresh thyme diced or any other herb preferred
Olive oil
Salt
Cut the bread into slices. Cut the garlic in half and rub the cut side on the tops of the bread. Split each tomato in half and with a gentle squeeze, rub the guts of the tomato over the bread making sure to reach the crusty edges. Drizzle with olive oil and top with a little thyme and salt.
