Charcuterie Board


  1. Prepare bread by cutting into 1/3 inch slices. Coat lightly in olive oil and bake for 5 minutes at 375 degrees.
  2. Prepare balsamic glaze by combining 1 cup balsamic vinegar with 2 tablespoons brown sugar over low heat. Cook and stir until it coats the back of a spoon.
  3. Arrange the following together on a board, allowing space for each. Can be deconstructed so they can be made individually to liking!

#1 Cranberry sauce, prosciutto, brie, toasted chopped walnuts, French baguette, balsamic glaze

#2 Fresh basil strips, roasted red peppers sliced, burrata, French baguette, balsamic glaze

#3 Porchetta, peach slices, goat cheese

#4 Fig compote, gruyere cheese, French baguette

#5 Caramelized onion, bleu cheese, French baguette, balsamic glaze

#6 Cantaloupe, mozzarella, prosciutto, honey drizzle
